Yoga This Week

I'll be out of town this up-coming Saturday (Dec 4, 2010), but Brian will be subbing with Tai Chi (if you've never tried it, give it a go just so you can say you've done it!).  Otherwise, I'll be teaching Tuesday and Wednesday as normally scheduled.

No yoga on Saturday Nov 27

The rec center does not open until Noon on Saturday Nov 27, so there will NOT be yoga on Saturday.  Please spread the word to anyone you know that comes to Saturday yoga!  I will feel terrible if people show up and are disappointed! Thanks and happy holidays!

Dawn will be subbing my class on Nov 6
