Subbing FOR Dawn - 10/18/10 at 9am

I'll be subbing for Dawn's yoga class tomorrow at the USF Rec Center, 10/18/10, at 9am.  See you there!

Free Yoga at TreeHouse Yoga

I taught some classes at TreeHouse Yoga over the summer, and they are having free classes Saturday, October 16, 8:30am - 2:30pm.  Go check it out if you can!  It's always good to try a new class :)
