WVWC Wellness Center Fall Semester 2012

Good news!  I'll be teaching yoga on Mondays at 6pm during the fall semester at the WVWC Wellness Center.  I'll post the first date of classes soon!

Spring 2012 Teaching Schedule

I am excited to again be teaching yoga at the CSU-Pueblo Rec Center this spring on Fridays 1-2pm.  Classes are free for CSU-P students and members of the Student Rec Center.  A day pass is $6 (that's a steal of a deal for a yoga class!).  See you there!

Update on Summer Classes

I will be taking the summer off from instructing any yoga classes as I prepare to move to Colorado for a teaching position.  It has been a joy to teach in Tampa at the USF Rec Center, Treehouse Yoga, and Tempus Projects!  Thank you all for your participation in my classes - namaste.
