Last Class of the Semester

The last class of Fall 2013 semester will be Tues, Dec 10 at 5:30pm - see you there!

There will be an alcohol education program offered in the Wellness Center lobby/yoga room areas (just FYI).

Last session of Tuesday yoga - Spring 2013

Tuesday, April 23 will be the last day of my yoga class for the semester! Hope to see you at these last two sessions ;)

No Spring Break Yoga

Due to limited hours at the WVWC Wellness Center next week (spring break), there will be no yoga on Tues, March 5, 2013.

Spring 2013 Yoga Schedule

I'll be teaching yoga on Tuesdays at 6pm during the spring semester at the WVWC Wellness Center. The first session of Tuesday Yoga is Jan 15, Jan 8, 2013. See you there!

Last 2 sessions of the semester

I'll be instructing yoga tonight (Mon, 11/26/12) and next Monday (12/3/12) at 6pm at the WVWC Wellness Center.  Then we're off for winter break :)
